    How does one go about this?

    Considering purchasing this game and year passes was recent, and you delivered a broken product you cannot fix, how do I get one?

    for a refund you make a case here

    choose platform , game, at category ubisoft store , issue type refund you look like a smart person you can figure out the rest :P
