If you cast SoMM behind your NK he doesnt even recharge his warcry before reaching the mind control zone, I think it's a non sense, it makes the card unplayable. There's no other legendary with such a desavantage.

Nah, it's a critical balancing point for an otherwise disruptive card. If you're playing against an opponent who is running sci-fi, it is critical to bait out MC first before you play SOMM. Deeper strategy like this is what makes the game interesting.

SOMM lv3 is still fantastic, just have to be careful for MC and bait out bolt with something else first.
