I can verify that even after shutting down and restarting both the Steam Client and the UPlay Client several times over the weekend and today that, No, I do not have ANY DLC entries regarding the HD textures.

So if I'm getting this correctly, the issue with the missing HD Textures Pack persists among Steam users even though it's connected via Uplay?
Are all of the Uplay users able to download the Pack or is it still missing for some of them? It might depend on the release and the edition of the game.

I bought key from gameshop and activated it on Uplay. I don't launch game through Steam, I have non-Steam version.
After a month I bought Season Pass key.
And I still don't have HD textures.

I have the Uplay version and I don't have the HD Textures either, even tried reinstalling the whole game but it's still not showing.the option.

Hello UbiDomZ, thanks for the help. For me, however, the free DLC is still not displayed in UPlay. Is it due to Windows 10 1809? What can I do now?

For me, it isn't showing up too. I tried restart Uplay, try to download game again, HD didn't showed up.
