That's a good question. This thread implies that your points might be automatically applied whenever you connect to an online source, but it's pretty old.

In the Ubisoft Club app on xbox one and possible ps4, there should be a hidden AC Universe listing that shows the XP for all the AC games. Yes, the same game might show up more than once, this is intentional. It counts across the same ubisoft account used on all platforms, provided they are still linked together.

I'm thinking that the XP requirement might actually literally require all games. I played Syndicate on a different platform, so that could be my problem.

Calm down, I can assure this means in ALL AC games, so if You maxed out Origins, for example, You will be able to purchase her for magic amount of "0" Ubi points. Also, I've played first older AC games on my PS3, and when I switched to PC and linked my account I got all the points I earned earlier not knowing they even exist.
It also seems that You can't get more exp by playing one game twice, unless You did it on different platforms, like me, first playthrough on PS3 and later on second on PC.

Nah, that is a poor choice to put that behind such a ridiculous wall - if it would be obtainable with helix credits as well, then it might be ok, but to expect that people play every AC game of the past is silly. I really doubt that this is true and that there is no other way to obtain her.
