I think it's time to do something about the password rule that your password must contain 8 - 16 characters.
We are almost 2019 and we are limited to 16 characters? I use for every platform an unique password that contains 20 characters and here @Ubisoft i can not set my password because of the limit of 16 characters?
Do someone else experience this problem? It would be nice if it could be bigger then 16 characters..

Thanks for the suggestion, certainly improved security is something that we are interested in and this is a valid criticism of the system.

I'll pass that on to the team, perhaps it's something they can look into in the future.

Are you referring to 2FA (two-factor authentication) by your reply, smuggly1?

If so, you are able to enable this via Google Authenticator or your email address at this time.
