hello guys, i want to ask, why do i get a high ping while my normal ping or ping base is 23ms (south east asia), and in the game i get ping 100ms (japan / wja), please the solution, thanks a lot.

You are farther from the server, so the information takes longer to go to the server and come back to you. Outside of connection troubleshooting which would help if you are having this sort of ping while others in your area are not, there isn't much I can suggest other than leaving feedback on our forums or on the subreddit requesting a closer server location.
