Hello everyone from ubisoft, I just got to tier one and when I looked at the tier rewards screen it said that I would win a gun painting and 3000 prestige credits, but the prestige credits did not come to me, they came alone 300 credits of prestige, as if I had given a normal tier and not a tier one, what can I do about it? Unfortunately I did not get a print out of the tier 01 reward screen, because I did not think anything could happen.
But I have the image of tier 01 achieved and also the last reward that was granted to me.

Sorry to hear you had this issue! Out team is aware of the problem, and they are working on a fix for an upcoming update.

I believe that when we complain about something like that, we do not want to hear "we're sorry for that" but rather "we will solve this and you will be rewarded for this inconvenience, since you are our client and that is what matters most to this company." Not always to apologize is something admirable, but still when you do not open your mouth to say something else in the cases opened in the support.
