Madison Hospital legendary final bosses tactic

What is the best tactic to beat final bosses in this mission in a group?
I'm finding this legendary final stage to be most difficult PVE content in the game.
Other legendary missions with a hunter at the end much easier than this one.
The main problems there are wide opened space and basically constant non-stop EMP effect from NPCs.

I had only one case playing with randoms where we defeated them easier than usual (in many cases the team just gets surrounded and dies):
We had Sentry's Call guy, Reclaimer guy and two strikers in the team.
We were sitting at the beginning of the area shooting NPCs from distance while they were approaching.
Reclaimer healed and removed status effects and Sentry's Call guy marked NPCs with headshots.

Wish i could help you here but the only two times ive ever played it with other people instead of solo I got killed standing up, agent would not do anything but stand up. Teammate would revive me but i still couldnt move. had to completely shut down the ps4 both times to get back in the game which we all know how long it takes to log into this game. I have beaten it solo a few times, always with my Tactician and if i remember correctly its all about getting rid of those snipers so you can have some more room to work with without getting one shot. Think i started out up top with Seekers and Sticky then after the snipers were gone i switch my seekers to a turret to keep constant bullets on the Hunter.

Yes, I saw those videos where people were doing this mission solo. It just takes much longer than doing it in a group.
With more or less OK group usually everything is going fine and pretty fast until the final bosses.
And then nightmare starts until at least one of the bosses is killed. For me looks like the team must have a reclaimer for the final stage.

I think you've already said it yourself, Sentry's call is a must for the final bit otherwise you just don't get the damage. I usually use D3fncall the way through until the roof then get all snipey, usually just an MDR as i'm trying to mark targets ASAP. Only downside is Sentry's is usually a bit glass cannon so a decent healer is a must. It's definitely one where you need a lot of coordination otherwise you'll drop and quickly. The hunters at the end move and flank making it difficult, you need to concentrate all your teams focus on 1 at a time whilst being very aware when you need to move to avoid flanking hunters.

It definitely is a slow fire fight though.

Yes, the Reclaimer makes a great difference at the end of Madison. I often have to switch to it, since nobody else wants to play the healer. The Striker/Sentry/Reclaimer constellation is very good for Madison and all other legendaries too. But a Pred, D3 or Tact are a good choice as well - as long as you have the Reclaimer and the Sniper in the team. Makes it much quicker and safer!

We use 3 Tacticians and 1 D3. Lure the bosses 1 by 1 down to the ammo crate, flame turrets either side and destroy them. Once you have the Hunter and Medic down (Falcon?) the rest are easy to hunt down and finish.

    1. Out-flank them
    2. Have the whole team focus fire on one target at a time
    3. Leave the hunter til last.
    4. Use a flame turret to freeze them up
    5. Use EMP sticky or grenades to disable their healing talents.

Wife and I just did it by ourselves, but we both ran Tacticians builds, she had seekers, and a turret, and I ran seekers and a sticky bomb for medic's/medic bags.

We had more trouble with the bar area mid level than the rooftop, until one of the Hunters bugged out and was simply named "Hunter" and took almost no damage, double seekers hitting him, a turret, sticky, and me shooting him, and his health would go down to half and then slow to a crawl. We wound up resetting, and he fixed himself, and we annihilated him next round.

All that trouble for my 50th Hildr.

Mostly my experience of that wave is ridiculous de-sync, skills bugging out, damage through walls, etc. etc. and the NPCs seem to have hardwired level of abilities outside of the normal game mechanics which is kind of poor.

The only time I've done it easy we had 2 people playing high damage snipers hanging on the edge of the area - the NPCs didn't seem to like to roam too far away from the middle of the roof, one person as reclaimer supporting them also hanging right back and one guy with a high damage build ran past the door they spawn from and hid behind there and was able to pick off their support stations, etc. easier (when I've tried that it has been a bit hit and miss - sometimes they leave me alone back there other times 1-2 will rush me).

Thank you, guys, for the tips.
    My experience with this:
    1. D3 is not very helpful, a NPC flanks D3 agent and kill him/her from behind.
    2. Once NPCs deployed their support stations the whole group must retreat and lure them off their support station range.
