[bugs][best time][track glitches]
- BUG
- If you watched the first place riders replay it would set their time as your personal best. When you went to race it would then use their time for you to race against so you were unable to know if you had improved your own time.
Temp. Fix - You could race against your own ghost to sort of fix the issue but the time itself would still be based off the top riders time so in my case It almost always showed me in the red even when I was way ahead of my own ghost. Any track I watched a top riders time on the problem persisted til the end of the beta. If I didn't watch a replay the bug didn't happen, also it never effected my actually leaderboard placement, so that's good.
TRACK GLITCHES - On the track Hard Hat Zone after the 5th checkpoint when driving down and around the Dip your front tire would wobble and sometimes get caught. The only sollution seemed to be not using any gas and not leaning. The curved drivingline just needs some smoothing.
- On the track Trials Yonkers the first drop can catch and or tire glitch in 3 spots and one more spot at the bottom of the curve before the loop. Seems to be the age old wooden plank/ramp tire glitch at it again.
- On the track UK UP there's a tremendous amount of lag throughout the entire track. At least on the Xbox one anyway.
- On the Track Car Park Club the broken pillar obstacle on checkpoint 2 constantly catches your back tire. I had the same problem in building my remake of Car Park Club and all that was needed was to move the pillar slightly right and down to fix it. On checkpoint 7 while you are speedrunning the Steel Girder defuses your jump. When you land on it, it bounces and when you jump off it without stopping the vibration from landing on it defuses and greatly minimizes your jump height. This is unnoticable if you're not speedrunning but very noticable if you are. It doesn't really add difficulty but more so random chance. A sollution could be to make the steel girder heavier or turn off it's physics or the dumpster below it, physics off.
- The tire glitch is still a very real problem. It's not as bad as it used to be but when moving at high speed it still can mess up a speedrun.
