Is there anyone who actually uses this move in order to reach enemies after they roll out of vortex?

The actual usage of this movement is as an ganking initiator, the gap closer is so good that it puts in ridicule any other gap closer in the game, not even shinobis ranged attacks can compete against this:

- the animation time is shorter than most basic attacks
- the covered distance is better than any other gap closer
- it ignores and passes across any minion and hits the target
- it doesnt even get body blocked by allies when he attacks right from behind of them

You have just given a vanguard unit the best ganking tool of the whole game, and it was just supossed to allowe wardens to catch back-rollers

Stupidity

It's good, but nothing broken, it's very telegraphed, basically free parry every time you pay attention, and while it's fast, it deals only 20 damage. Unlike some gc, it has no hyperarmor either. The most annoying gap closer is still obviously the shaman's.
