I have already completed the Predator mission when it came out and got some loot. Is there a way to replay this mission or its gone forever? The same question about Cav mission.

Yes... place your pointer over the respective region and the region summary menu should appear. You'll notice "Missions" accessible through a right-click. Do so. Then place your pointer over your desired mission and left-click.

yes hover over the region (caimanes) and press triangle (Y on xbox) this should bring up a list of missions (the hunt is the predator mission)

this works for every region and mission in the game they are all re-playable
