Post update game wont start | Forums

After the update my game crashed I've restarted my xbox I've even done a factory reset I've uninstalled the game and I've re installed the game.
All it does is go to the title screen and back to my xbox home screen please help

Mine will load the beginning credits and cut scenes but get stuck in the loading screen before creating a character. I’ve done everything you’ve done as well and still no luck.

I got a response from ubisoft. They said they are investigating similar reports they are getting from other players and will fix asap

I am experiencing the same thing. I only get as far as the loading screen before the game crashes, and brings me to the homepage. I tried starting a new game, but then I couldn't get past the character creation without crashing.

I have tried to restart my xbox several times without any luck. I just uninstalled the game, and I'm gonna try to re-install it, to see if that does anything, but I'm not getting my hopes up. All my other games work perfectly fine.
