Disconnecting in challenge mode | Forums

Hi

I have just refreshed my challenge mode(I am a totally F2P user). In my first game I got a random disconnect as I was busy winning my opponent. As I got back out of the disconnect the game showed me as loosing 2 games! As if one is not bad already as I have a suspicious disconnect! As a F2P user it is already hard to gather premium currency and then this crap happens! Please refund me my 50 in game premium currency so I can redo my run... fairly!!!

We are making some changes to the Challenge mode to prevent disconnects from causing issues like this. You're not the only player to have experienced this, and we hope to get that number to zero in the future!

I have been experiencing disconnections issues as well, i was originally getting an error after pvp matches that says there is a connection issue and unable to connect but now i have been getting a new error about a connection issue with the game server. it only happens after matches never during or anything like that. its super frustrating because I've had issues with connection in the past and missed out on packs and lockers etc. I just want to be able to play, but when no matter win or lose in pvp it says there is a connection it is pointless. I've dropped from level 49 to 43 because of it. I've tried writing ubisoft and the posting on th reddit board. I've tried the troubleshooting techniques with no help and still have not had any further response. I don't know what to do or try at this point.
