Playing the track when riding tandem and doing a back flip at the start (starting line) causes the bike to float in the air for a couple of seconds and then drop.
This is after the floor opens, I believe the bike would be near upside down before the game would actually drop the bike.

Unfortunately I do not have a replay of this (I thought I had actually recorded it, but it appears I didn't).
