    Tournament Reward Issue

    Hello,

    I have already made a case on the official For Honor website about this issue almost a week ago and have gotten no response, but I wanted to get some confirmation from anyone or any mode here.

    My issue is that during the double xp event, I played and won two duel tournaments as Warden. The first completed and rewarded me with no issue. The second however, gave me the reward screen showing the Pegasus Rider ornament with the Skull Embossing and two misc paint patterns. I was thrilled to receive the ornament I set out to get only on my second try. Once I closed the reward screen however, my game crashed and I feared that my reward would be changed. Turns out I was right and my Pegasus Rider turned into Laurels, still retaining the embossing and the paint patterns. Though admittedly, they could be different patterns as I was unconcerned with them. So naturally I'm quite disappointed with this outcome and was wondering if there was any possibility that I could receive my originally intended reward? I do not mind if you had to take the Laurels, patterns or even the embossing as a result. I just want what was already given to me but taken away due to an unlucky crash.

    So with that said, I had a few questions:

    1. How long does it usually take to get feedback on technical issues such as this?
    2. Is it not possible that this can be resolved and I'm wasting my time? In which case I'll close my ticket.
    3. Is this a common issue and are the devs aware of it? If not, letting them know for me would be appreciated.
    4. Finally, is there any way someone from here could assist me?

    Any answer to to some or all of these questions would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time and I sincerely hope someone gets back to me.

    Can you tell me an approximate date and time of day when you completed this match? I'd like to look into this. I also recommend adding that information to your ticket now rather than later.

    Hello,

    Thank you for taking time to notice my issue!

    My support ticket says that it was made at 2:31 AM on Sunday the 16th, but I don't believe that is true because I have work the next day and didn't stay up that late!
    Regardless, I took some time to play another game after the experience I had, so it was some time before that. If I were to estimate according to the website's time, I would say Saturday the 15th at around 8:00-11:00.

    This isn't the first time this has happened to me however, only when I've actually won the tournament. The other two or three times I was awarded Heroic gear. In any event, thank you for your dedication! I appreciate it greatly.

    Edit: I have all the information here and a little more stated on the official ticket. Thank you for the recommendation though!
