Drunken Sailors is a friendly and casual team, and we've also completed every team event without fail. Card requests are filled pretty quickly. Our minimum weekly requirements are not very high:

25 card donation points

Many of us go far above and beyond to finish events without fail, even when strong members go on vacation, have emergencies, etc. As long as you let us know beforehand that there's some valid reason why you can't meet the minimum requirements that week, you don't have to stress about getting kicked.

People that don't seem active and miss requirements without saying anything will be kicked on a weekly basis, to keep the team strong and allow new members.

We aren't ruled by a single leader as much as we're led by committee. Active members of the team can easily gain eldership and become co-leaders, as we are open-minded and open to change.

We're a diverse group of people from many time zones, so people are playing around the clock.

Join the discord for organizational purposes, logging a future absence, making far-sighted requests, or discussing hobbies; I'm a huge foodie and one of our other co-leaders is an accomplished chef, so we could talk about food all day. As our name suggests, crack open a beer and chat about booze! (We say Discord is mandatory, but really it's strongly encouraged. If you meet requirements and refuse the Discord, we'll make exceptions)
