Hello, ever since the last update GRW has been crashing and shuts my XB1 down completely evey time I switch out apps to the dashboard or Youtube or anything. Also GRW is the only game that does this to me. Thank you very much for your time and and any help is appreciated!

I’ve had a similar problem for months, ain’t got a clue how to fix it and I doubt ubi does either, looking at these forums... I wouldn’t trust em to look after a goldfish, utterly clueless!

Hi guys, please try clearing the cache on your Xbox. To do this, simply unplug the Xbox for two minutes. Let me know if it helps.

Mine was doing that for the last few months ever since I downloaded this game

And no that does not help.
And now since the update my game won't play at all all it does is go to the title screen then back to the xbox home of restarted the xbox of done a factory reset I have uninstalled the game and re installed the game and it still does the same thing
