Why am I getting a romeo 256 error for about 15 times?

Keep getting the romeo error as well, i've just reinstalled the game and all manner of 'fix' that ubisoft has yet to even give us help with. This is not ok

Romeo error, I just bought this game 3 days ago and finally have time to play it and this is what's happening? No communication as to what is going on or what the problem is? Very cool.
