Honest answer... It's heavy... really heavy.
LVOA(Low Visability Opearations Applications) by now out of business War Sports Industries was a $3000 basic AR that had serious reliability issues as well as weighing as much empty as loaded M-249. Most of its features were what is known as "tacti-cool", meant to look good but frankly useless, like the bungy laced through its super extended rails. Super extended rails that the manufacturer said would not support multiple attachments without degrading the performance of the rifle.
The owner of War Sport used to make twitter videos from his garage with his Lambo and Ferrari parked noticeably behind him about how he was making the bestest AR ever. Unfortunately a lot of the receivers weren't well machined and would typically need a lot of love from a good gunsmith before they would fire reliably without feed issues. Now if you are on the range or doing some tacti-cool course on room clearing or something feed issues are annoying(at best) and the class will come to hate you for killing their fun(at worst). Feed issues in combat... yeah those are not something you want, ever. Especially when you are lugging a overly heavy rifle. If I'm going to lug that kind of weight I want a SOCOM 458...
The primary reason I think LVOA makes such a splash in these games is because War Sports initially paid for product placement, and the look became popular. Now that War Sports is defunct I'm hoping that this will be its last incarnation.
I don't even like AR15s, but I still feel that, for fairness' sake, it should be noted that these reliability issues are basically just anecdotal. Not saying War Sport weren't guilty of some sketchy business practices and media hype, but I'm not aware of any study that says these rifles are systematically trash, just a few extremely unhappy users with bad experiences you're bound to get with any weapon. And, as with any customer service issue, dissatisfied customers are disproportionately good at making their presence felt. So really it's hard to know for sure.
That being said if I were going to buy an AR platform and wanted a similar look with a long barrel and extended shroud/rails and lower profile I'd probably go for a Daniel Defence DDM4 instead. Again you'll have unhappy users with any weapon you name, but that one is more or less above suspicion by comparison.
