Why do you cheat?
I have a question for people that still cheat in this game, although Im sure none of you will have the stones to actually answer: why? Why do you do it? Do you really feel like youre getting one up on somebody by unfairly balancing the scales in your favor? Do you really feel a sense of accomplishment after youve beaten someone by cheating? I really would like to understand the mindset of a cheater, because like the mindset of a psychotic murderer, I just cant do it by myself.

What kind of cheating are you running into? I've played thousands and thousands of games and never ran across one.

I'd also be interested in hearing more. If something new is going on we can look into it, because as far as I know there aren't any cheats that are possible right now.

I will admit its been few and far between lately, but Ive run into one where Ill kill some 2 or 3 of their characters and take advantage in the match, and then almost immediately those characters will come back to life and its like the moves I made never even happened. Ive also ran into one I call the "lag" cheat where I have clear advantage, the game glitches out, and I come back to being destroyed. Its happened too many times and exactly at the right time for my opponent for me to write it off as lag and not a cheat.

I find it curious that for months we have been told cheating was not happening. Now however we are told how you have made it impossible. Either you lied before or you are lying now. Which is it ?

No lies anywhere.The Energy cheat is one that has been put to bed for good and is no longer possible, and it's the only cheat I have spoken about as being impossible. With games like ours there will always be people looking for other ways to cheat the system, which is why we have the in-game report button in place.

The number of energy hacks decreased but it is still there. Few of the players still abuse it. Yesterday i have lost a challenge game vs a dude who rushed me with like 18energy worth stuff while i used 13 ..no problem, i also saw combo in 3seconds of combustion, imp tweek and douggie and freeze np...
My question is: why are you so sure it is not existent anymore? As far as i understand the game is still not server side (welcome to 21st century) lol
