Hi, I am really getting mad about this, it is the third time that in a ranked duel match the Ubisoft servers disconnect and I loose 45% of a ranking !
I have never left a ranked duel ! And my internet has not disconnected so the problem is not coming from my side !
Another serial problem with ranked duel matches is that soooo many times players forfeit during match and the player left does not get any ranking points !?! This really must be seen to because it has happened to me at least 50 times !! so just calculate the time I have lost waiting for nothing !!
It is totally unacceptable that players wait so long for a game and then when they finally get it the guy disconnects and u get no compensation .... I don't see why the player left there like an idiot does not get the same points as if he had won the match, which he has seeing that the opponent forfeited ! So why in hell doesn't he get the winners points ????

Please note that disconnecting from a game does not usually come with a disconnection of your internet service entirely. The error code you receive would tell you more about the cause of the disconnection. If you have not already tried connection troubleshooting for this issue, please do so now.
For the issue of players leaving in Duel Tournaments, when is this happening? Is it just after the queue or somewhere in the middle of the tournament?
