I disagree with the mission not fitting in. We're Ghosts - getting in undetected should be are standard M.O.
However, the unrealistic and utter s**tstorm that happens when Sam starts hacking just breaks immersion and turns it into an RNG low percentage winnable solution.
The utterly stupid team AI are useless. They screw up the mission more than the player does. and the infinite respawning enemies - despite taking out the Genny, and the alarms - ruin all semblance of a tactical shooter. It's COD without infinite health. It's pathetic.
The mission story fits.
Poor and myopic game / mission design ruins it totally.
A save point for when Same starts hacking would at least make the grind slightly less painful.
Fixing the damn AI and stopping infinite spawning of god-class tangos would solve it.
