    On Steel

    I have actually been having a problem where I can not even buy steel, is this going to be fixed? I can go to all screens until I click to actually buy steel and then nothing happens.

    Hi endlessmercy,

    As your post was different than the original thread, I moved this post to it's own thread to avoid any confusion.

    What platform are you playing the game on? Have you been able to buy Steel before?

    Thanks

    Hey guys, are you both launching the game through Steam?
    Please try the following steps:

    1. Close the game and Steam
    2. Navigate to the appcache folder in your Steam installation files (by default, this will be in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\appcache)
    3. Locate the folder named httpcache and delete it.
    4. Restart Steam and the game and try again.

    Let me know how you get on!

    Sorry to hear that didn't help, could you also see if you can try similar steps for Uplay files;

    1. Close the game and Uplay PC
    2. Navigate to the cache folder in your Uplay PC installation files (by default, this will be in C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache)
    3. Locate the folder named http2 and delete it
    4. Restart Uplay PC and the game and try again.

    I see you have a ticket open, did verifying files help like the suggested?
