X-Box One Crashed after Game Launched. | Forums

I was able to download the closed beta, then to start the game, choose a bike and BANG! The console crashed and does not want to start anymore. Did any one experience the same thing or is it a coincidence? I tried to reboot (unplugged for 10 seconds and restart) but it's not starting. Help!!

So your console itself is having troubles? We have not heard any other reports of this, though I'll be very sure to keep an eye out for other such reports. Did this issue persist?

I tried again and the console crashed at the same moment, jus after I chose the bike. It does not start unless I unplug the adapter on both the wall outlet on the console itself.

Do you have any spare Adapters or can you try plugged into the wall directly? Does the same thing happen?

I was able to launch the game this morning and to play the 1st race, then had to go. I'll try later to see if I can do more. Thank you.
