I completed the solo event, but I didn’t get a copy of Bounty Hunter Kyle. I thought it was guaranteed?

As far as I know, Bounty Hunter Kyle appears only from rank 30.

I also completed it and didn’t receive a copy. The News release clearly stated that completing the solo portion would unlock this... there weren’t any stipulations other than that.

I also, despite finishing the solo event did not receive Bounty Hunter Kyle. The announcement made no mention of any other requirement other than solo track completion. If we don't receive the card I'll probably just stop playing. Completing this event took me a very long time and if they end up not providing rewards then any incentive to play is lost on me.

Do admins check these topics? I wanna complain lol but I can’t figure out how... if they forgot to mention extra requirements, that’s on them, we should get the card regardless.

Yes, unless you were rank 30, you would not be able to receive a copy of Bounty Hunter Kyle as that is when he is unlocked as an obtainable card. I do apologize for the the misunderstanding, and if you are rank 30 and didn't receive one, please let me know and I'll look into it for you.

The event stated "all players completing the solo portion of the event will receive at least one copy of bounty hunter
kyle guaranteed with chances for multiple copy's throughout solo and team events. This event will be a token collection event-you can collect laser devices in pvp lockers and pvp packs all weekend to score event points."

We have let the event team know that players would like clarification for cards like this in the future, and I'll be sure to mention it as a reminder in our Dev Updates from now on. It never hurts to make sure people are aware of the unlocking process as not everyone remembers to check the arena information for these kinds of details.

+1 for clarification, I busted my *** and brought in like 1500 laser pointers for my team and didn't get Bounty Hunter Kyle, all because I didn't realize you had to be PVP rank 30 to earn it. IMO I feel like if the event states that you'll earn a GURANTEED copy of the card, that you should get it regardless of rank. If you think about it, if you earn those cards and go on a hot losing streak, you don't get those cards locked from use if you dip below the threshild, so why bar people of lower ranks from earning them by winning in events. I feel like this is probably something that lower PVP ranked players would see as a reason to not even try to get more than a few free packs.
