    Sorry for the late reply:
My guess would be it's connected to your antivirus/firewall program in some way.
Can you check the settings of your security software and make sure The Settlers IV is whitelisted and/or has the necessary rights to write and save files on your PC?

hi! Sorry for the time, I was having problems with some other things in my PC, and I didn't play for a long time.
I just retorned from playing and I notice that I can't load, but I can't check my antivirus seetting, I just don't know how to check it in 360 Total Security.
Other thing that was happening just minutes a go it was: I was playing the Mission 3 of Romans, a mission that I'm having trubles to win, and I was very good, I would send solders to the combat and in seconds the screen got black, I was in my windowa workplace but the manual of the game was open! When I click to close it in the same time I reseved a message, that I can't be sure what it was and the game was down.... I did'nt save because of the problem woth the loaded games, but anyone were with a similar problem?

    Thanks!

Add on trojan mission 3 fails to load

I've played mission 1 and 2. First it asked to connect online. After logging in, when I press the arrow to continue after mission briefing, it returns me back to ubisoft connect.
    Any ideas?

    Hello there!

atto1981 - I apologise for the delayed response. I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to load your game. Can you let us know if you're receiving any error messages when you try to load your saves? Can you also let us know if you have whitelisted The Settlers IV in your antivirus/firewall software?

Ptreaphoridaest - I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering issues when trying to connect online. If you haven't already, can you please try these PC connectivity troubleshooting steps to ensure that your connection is in optimal condition.

If you're still encountering trouble after trying these steps, please don't hesitate to update us within this thread.

You play, you play, and then - bang! - all goes out, and now you have a desktop without any hint of the game. Why does this happen? To solve the problem, it is worth trying to figure out what nature of the problem. If the crash occurs at random moments of time without any pattern, then with a probability of 99% we can say that it is a bug in the game. In such a case, it is very difficult to fix something, and the best thing to do is just try again to enter Double Diamond Slot https://www.slotozilla.com/free-slots/double-diamond a little later. However, if you know exactly at what moments the crash happens, you can continue the game avoiding the situations that provoke the failure. Alternatively, you can download Double Diamond Slot save in our file archive and bypass the crash site.
