I bought all the heroes in for honor except peacekeeper a week ago and started playing some matches today and noticed that all the heroes that I havent used yet but I have purchased are all locked. I am sure I bought them all since I had to save up for every single one of them and I customized them all with head ornements. all the ones that are locked are lvl 1 and the silver I used to buy them is gone aswell. This is a major set back for me since I can only play in the weekends since I work on week days.

Do you own the Starter Edition of the game? If so was this during the recent Marching Fire test? There was an issue where Starter Edition players were temporarily upgraded to Standard Edition and the prices for Hero unlocks was as a result reduced to 500 Silver.
There's Some information this below:
"Any purchases made during this time on the live game will not be effected, except in the case of Hero Unlocks. For Example: if you unlock the Nobushi for 500 Steel in this temporary Standard Edition, it will still be locked when we revert your game back to the Starter Edition, minus that 500 Steel. I.E. you would need to pay another 7500 Steel to unlock that Nobushi in the Starter Edition, as Hero unlocks are 8,000 Steel in that version of the game. "
