Trials Rising not showing up under "Beta Access" and I did not get email. | Forums

Hi so I redeemed my Trials Rising code and it told me that it would send me a email regarding access to the beta. However I was sent no email and the beta did not appear under my "Beta Games" in account management. If someone could help me please that would be great.

I am sorry that you have not received your Closed Beta code. If you are on PC, the game will appear in your library. If you are on console, please create a ticket at our support site here and attach a screenshot of the code you have redeemed.

Once you have created your ticket, please reply back with your case number for assistance.
