This is so... silly. I just got the mail that confirmed a purchase I made and paid earlier in the day and wanted to check the games were in the library... but because of this -whatever this is-, I just can't do it.

Not unless I get up right in this moment(2 a.m) and turn on the pc to then open Uplay and look it there... all just to check one little thing that I should def. be able to without all that. Especially when I bought said products... drumroll... from my phone. Why can't I just check if I received said product from it aswell? It's just... silly.

It'd be nice to get this Snag unSnagged by Ubisoft, there's a massive disconnect between the client and the website. Can't just allow Ubisoft to be slated for this, though, as Microsoft have recently removed online access to Xbox library, so without a console, it's impossible to see the licenses you have access to.

What specifically brought me to this forum is the fact that Breakpoint is listed under my owned games, in the Uplay client, but I have only ever played my 103 hours using Uplay+, plus 20+ hours beta testing, and paid nothing specifically for Breakpoint itself. Uninstalled it when my membership ticked over (dropped it to save), yet it's still listed as "Owned" with no Uplay+ mark or "subscription required" tag. Re-downloading the game now, as I may get the Crew 2 treatment that let's me download, install and boot the game before being told I have no access.

Is it really that hard to open your UbPlay app?

Amazing they can't add this simple thing. Hmm... maybe this is why nobody buys anything from ubisoft.

    Small thing

This is such a small thing, but I'm not close to a pc with the client installed, so I should be able to see this from the web.

It seems more people want this feature... I always thought I was one of the few who wanted this...!?!
The reason I asked for this feature is to quickly make decisions regarding making a purchase during (flash) sales.

Opening the app is all good and well but I do not always have the ubi client installed, sometimes I just go by other clients (I re-image my pc and install another client to try their games and then comes along a sale for ubi games...). It's not a real big deal to just install the client but in stead of the client, my browser is already open most of the times. For example, I have a steam shortcut to my games profile... it's 1 click (virtually no wait time) and I enter the game title in the search (filter) field.

When it comes to my phone, I do not have any client apps installed (steam, ...) and I like to keep it that way. It just doesn't work well when you see a sale and you have to reach for your phone every time you want to check if you already have the game. (but this is my case)

Just look how well it works on the steam site...buy and activate your games through the site and browser your library through the site...

I hope people will keep posting in this thread until it's implemented.
