Some comments and This Music Selection
Long time "Casual" player of Trials here, I've always enjoyed the Trials games, even though I have never bothered to become such a master any of the extreme/impossible difficulty tracks. With that said:
-I had to do that delete CacheStorage data to get back a bug in a challenge in the single player portion.
-I'm playing with the controller and all the prompts are L stick, instead of what button to use to do said function, makes it really hard to navigate or apply decals.
-I really like the decal system, reminds me a lot of The Crew, but my word, in the sea of all the decals that are locked with big orange padlocks, it is really difficult to see the ones that I have unlocked. Perhaps you can move those to the top, or make the whole decal space grayed out so that the unlocked ones pop out a bit.
-All these contracts that keep coming up, really reminds me of the mobile version of trials, which isn't a bad thing per say, just a comment.
-I do like how you can get progression and loot items though doing the contracts, it gives me a reason to redo courses other than to get a faster time.
And finally, who in the bloody Heck came up with this HORRIBLE music selection!?!
The music I was kinda hoping for music to be more like, oh I don't know, like the music you had in your reveal trailer, or the gameplay trailers for the announcement or the closed beta, or the hard metal and easy listening that was in all beta gameplay footage that was posted by IGN and Gamespot, not all of these distracting, hard thumping, rap songs with lyrics that have absolutely nothing to do with the game they're actually in? I have to listen to 30+ minutes of rap to get to the few tracks that I do like that are in the game? Huge pass!
Please, for the love of everything, if you're going to have this much rap music in the game, give its own radio station like in The Crew series so I can ignore it, or give me an option to turn off these tracks.
Trials Rising, the first Trials game, heck, the first video game where I had to mute the in game music to enjoy it. Take a standing ovation for this dubious honor. Congrats. And know that I won't be preordering this, like I did with Fusion, until there some solution to this other than turning the music off completely.

Load youtube play your own playlist... not hard
It's subjective, you can't have a game you like 100% what about everyone else. Such a selfish comment there wow grow up!

I hate that "teen metal" on the other hand. After hundreds of games like Flatout, Trials and Tony Hawk Pro Skater you'd think that they'd use more original music instead.

Eh, I see the whole game as put together as a unit. A game creates an atmosphere with its graphics, with the sounds, and yes, even with the music selection that plays over it. The whole experience creates a mood, and creates a head space of what the game is and enjoying that game. If the game puts in some ability to play my own music instead of what is in the game, I'll accept that the music doesn't have much of a point to the game, take freedrive in GTA games for example.
As for choosing music, I do not listen to music normally, and couldn't tell you one music group to another, so choose a playlist that works well with the game, you may as well be asking a tone death person to play a tune. What would you suggest for a playlist that would even go with what this game does?
And where did I say like a game 100% in my comment somewhere? You don't have to put words into my mouth. I'm simply saying this is the first game that actually made me turn off the music for the first time ever, and I was doing it in a snarky tone to get that point across, because, from all the previews that were put on the web, I was not expecting this sort of music from this game, and it sort of crushed my expectations on what sort of music I was hoping to get from the game. That's all. If music doesn't matter in games, let's see a horror game work that plays normal show tunes or a thrilling adventure game with country music.

so Anthrax, Slayer and Motorhead are Teen Metal? There is gonna be a lot of different styles of music in the game. First time they have had licensed music.
