[PC/X1/PS4] Workaround: Contracts failing including "On the Edge" and "Reckless Ride" | Forums

Hi all!

Thank you for your reports on this issue! On PC, the following may work as a potential workaround in the interim:

-Go to MyDocuments\TrialsWorldTour\SavedGames\[profileID]\CacheStorage
-Delete everything in there, and reboot the game.
-Deleting the data should generate a new Ghost.


For Xbox (thanks to fwefewewf!):

-Go to the beta in the home menu and go to manage game & add-ons
-Scroll down to saved data and delete the reserved space
-Start the Game again and you should have a new ghost

For PS4 (thanks to JohnnieG1raffe) :

- Start game
- After loading to start screen disconnect your internet
- Attempt to complete the contract offline

Tried this earlier and it worked, the two contracts I was stuck on got new ghosts and didn't fail anymore.

This time when I raced a new ghost for the contract, his name appeared beside 'beat' like "Beat <player name>"... whereas when it was buggy, it just said "Beat", with no name beside it.

I'm getting the same issue on the race where they introduce a rival and I lose the contract everytime as soon as we pass the second checkpoint.

So did i on ps4 and deleting the saved game and restarting did change my ghost but the bug is still there. Failing at the 2nd checkpoint for no reason

I also tried to delete my save which didn't work. Also, for me, there is no Rival name. It just says Beat. Not 'Beat so and so'
