Ranked Duels (no tournament) - not ranking up

    Hi guys,

I might just not understand how the system works but I'll go ahead and give it a try here. After doing my 15 placement matches in Ranked Duels I continued doing some more. However, whatever the result is of my duels, nothing is happening with my rank. Completion keeps saying 0% and it always says +0% after winning a few matches in a row.

How are you supposed to rank up or are there set periods when you can do this?

    Thanks!

    Hey Tim!

This is a visual issue and you can rest assured that you are still making progress in your Ranked games. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue are looking to resolve it at the earliest opportunity, but no ETA on this at the moment. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Sorry, but this does not seen to be a visual bug. I win 80-90% of my ranked matches and I'm still always matched against people Who are also bronze 1 or unranked. If this was only a visual bug my NMR would've definitely increased after 30 matches, no?

Nice to see that you're looking into it though
