60 FPS Cap
It is 2018, if you want PC players to take you guys seriously, remove the FPS cap.
Also, video settings don't want to save, everytiime i reenter menu, it shows back to custom.

Same here. Every time i launch the game it enters windowed borderless mode and custom settings even though i change it to high every single time!
Can you change your resolution? Mine is stuck at something like 1770 x 664 or something like that and i can't change it. Aspect ratio is stuck at 5:3 as well. Can you (or anyone else on PC) change your resolution and/or aspect ratio?
