    Acquired E-mail but game is not showing up in library

    I got sent the beta e mail on September 11th and the game is not in my library at all. At first I assumed I had to wait until September 13th to download it but it still is no there.
    I have tried restarting Uplay multiple times and logging in and out, but there is still nothing.

    Is this a known issue that will be fixed soon? I would appreciate if anyone could help me

    I'm having the same issue as well on PC.

    Got the email, but the game still hasn't shown up in my library.

    It’s still not showing up in my “Ready to Instal” in “My Games and Apps” on the Xbox one. I redeemed my code around 1pm. I could just be impatient.

    Hey Character87! It looks like you signed up for the PS4 version of the beta instead of PC, or at least that's what I see on the backend. The PS4 code is visible on the Account Management website, under the 'beta access' tab.

    AlienAutospy, can you try clearing your Xbox One cache by unplugging it for two minutes? If the code redeemed successfully, it could just be a display error on your Xbox that clearing the cache may fix.

    For those of you who haven't received an email, keep checking our beta management website at https://account.ubisoft.com/en-US/beta-access to see if you were accepted or not.

    Hey thanks! I cleared cache and and also went to the link you provided. The game code was down the page a bit under “Active Beta”

    I have the same problem, is there a way to switch? my friends play on pc and i would like to play with them and introduce them to trials
