For starters if the game starting bug as well the locked attachments from a pre-TU15 created character get fixed, that's not eye candy nor cosmetics.

Certainly cosmetics I could care less about (as well as the Y2P), but there are numerous game-play bugs that hopefully will be disappearing ... we'll just have to see, by playing the game ...

That was a given Mike, it is supposed to be the miracle patch to cure all broken patches... I was talking more about the secondary additions.

For dimwit:

1. You can claim the new Operator Pack if you are an owner of Year 2 Pass
2. Operator Pack contains 1 new weapon, 1 new t-shirt, and 1 new vest
3. The two upcoming Spec Ops Updates will also be giving new Pack each for Year 2 Pass owners

I think the way the devs are going to do it, is release one heavily requested item, along with a few lesser requested items, per update pack. This time we get the plate carrier, next time we could get the Crye shirt with the rolled sleeves, the Airframe helmet, of a ballistic helmet with the quad NVG.

Any chance that when wearing the double-layered shirt, you can choose any variant of the t-shirt to go on top? R6, 1 year Anniversary, British Invasion, etc.?
