After going through the initial setup, how does one then adjust the birghtness?

I do not see it in the Video menu?

I looked in the Documents> Trials World Tour folder but saw no config file.

Solution:

Delete contents of:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\5c788682-764f-414e-ad47-0c8ae083946a\5233

I assume x.save will do it.

Restarted game, asked to select brightness again.
