Can't get past the first loading screen | Forums

So I downloaded the game overnight 'cause my internet is very slow (1MB/s) and when I started the game for the first time it loaded and went to this screen with a guy saying things. I saw that my controller wasn't working because of some settings I have on Steam. So I alt+F4 out of the game and when I tried to reboot it, it won't go past the first loading screen. It keeps sitting at 100%. I have tried verifying my files and even deleted a folder in the game directory so it would redownload a something. I reallocated the gamefiles from my HDD to my SSD, but nothing changed. I deleted the game completely and started redownloading it just now so I will have to wait 2.5 hours to see if this will work. if there is any other solution I would like to hear it

I've reinstalled and it's still stuck at 100% at the loading screen. might there be a folder made elsewhere than the gamefiles where it saves your progress? maybe I need to delete that, because it worked the first time.

Try deleting the config and game save folder. "Documents/Trials World Tour".

IT WORKED! you just have to delete your sace file from the Uplay directory and it now boots up and plays

Ok i found the save and config files and deleted them. Still stuck at 100% loading. Any more advices?
