    Shuffle at start

    Hey Steve,
    Just an idea, but I think it could help tremendously. Any way you guys could add a 1 time shuffle button that could possibly be hit in the first 3 to 5 seconds of a match? Starting hands can be very critical and also cost you the match at times and make recovering very difficult or not even possible depending on the start, opponent, etc. It won't save you every game, but a 1 time shuffle on your starting hand before a card is played in the first few seconds, I think would be a great addition!

    While that seems interesting, I think it would greatly alter gameplay in general. We frequently bring our designers suggestions/ideas, so I can field this to them, but there are quite a lot of implications that go along with it!

    Suggestions to improve the legendary and keep players from wanting to drop out:

    1. If you are going to pull a character card from locker, then the minimum for each tier (accounting for the change in meta) should be as follows:

    4x common, 3x rare, 2x epic, 1 legendary.
    (eliminate the chance to get 1 common and 1 rare. It’s a slap in the face... I could have stayed in silver shield if I wanted crappy lockers...)

    2. Allow legendary players to open 1 or 2 additional lockers.

    3. Do a weekly stimulus pack of about 20 random upgrade materials for legendary rank only.

    A suggestion to improve player morale:

    These “deals” are whack... they all start at 2000 cartman cash or $20.00 US. Toss some $1.99 - $4.99 deals out there more often.

    I probably wasted my time typing this, but at least I tried.
    I agree with all of this. I derank because I am tired of the grind. Since dropping to silver I notice absolutely no difference in locker rewards. That is pathetic. You guys are too stingy with your rewards and that is what is frustrating people. Just like your event last weekend where you gave people double materials. It's a slap in the face when you make it random. I saw the double materials in lockers only a handful of times and even then it's random and by chance that you pull the correct lockers. There is no incentive to go to legendary. Absolutely none.

    I really hope you take these suggestions to heart because if not I'm afraid you're going to have another mass exodus.

    resolution to broken match making, derankers etc

    Hey Steve,

    Appreciate the work going into this game as its one of my favourite games however there are a few things that need to be addressed asap.

    I have no idea how the match making came to be but it is terrible as many people have stated. I am generally top 700 legendary all season but when facing the whales (top 100 legendary) I cannot compete as they have multiple level 3 legendaries and higher, multiple level 5 epics. I have a couple level 4 epics and only level 2 legendary but this is not the biggest issue as when I lose to them I only lose a small portion of points <100 however it is frustrating when I am constantly matched against them and know its a instant lose.

    The main issue is the derankers as they will have cards similar levels as described above but are thousands of legendary levels below me. Even though they have higher levelled cards in their deck and are a couple new kid levels higher I am considered the favourite as my rank is higher. When losing to these turds I lose close to 300 points and I have occasionally lost over 2000 elo in a couple games and my rank and hard work getting into a higher legendary spot.

    One simple solution:
    The best solution would be to implement a point system for your current deck, the rarity of cards used and your current levels of those cards. (You have something similar in PVE with the difficulty meter based on your current deck) This would fix the broken match making as I would generally be facing people with the same types of cards at similar levels, this would out right STOP derankers as if they use a powered up deck they will face higher players of similar level. This would allow people to play different decks and strategies more easily as you would not have to level up all your cards immediately etc.

    If you take any ideas to the dev team please take this one as its the most needed enhancement and would make a lot more people happy and want to play the game.

    This sounds like awesome changes, thank you for your work! Is there a chance that Kevin will be a playable card once? He'd be the perfect Sci-Fi card considering his role in the show, always playing Sci-Fi roles when the others were playing LotR, pirates and so on.

    In short it was responding to a request to match on card levels, and I pointed out if you matched on card level of all cards owned, or matched on strongest possible deck, these approaches would greatly disadvantage players who have spread their resources throughout all themes and a lot of cards within those themes. I'll be happy as long as you can simply reassure me you are not doing either of those things

    Just an idea, how about a 2 or 1 energy card that does this.

    It could be a neutral card, either be a spell or a simple fighter with a war-cry, and it gives the option to shuffle your deck at the cost of a card slot.

    Edit: You could actually expand on this by having a counter card were the summoned fighter has a death-wish that shuffles the enemy deck.

    Oh good more chances for Bounty Hunter Kyle and YP Craig and Imp Tweek! I like the new cards, I use the mythicals cards in challenges, and I use Kyle in my regular deck all the time now. And with this event, I can get him to a higher level!

    You should make the locker rewards like they were last weekend (double materials) all the time. The rewards in the lockers are generally not good, 1 common or rare card or 1 upgrade material even 2 or 3 silver materials is disappointing to get. Also a legendary card in the lockers more often would be the greatest thing you could do. I am a level 16 rank 48 and I have only gotten a legendary card from a locker 4 times ever in my life. A higher drop rate for legendary cards in general would be great but the locker rewards should be improved for sure for all ranks. Also please stop doing locker events. Last week was the only card event over the last 5 weeks and it is right back to a locker event now. The vast majority of players prefer the card events for several reasons but 1 main reason being the locker limit. Please at least alternate every other week in the very least
