    Berserker Combo on Console

Just wondering if anyone else has trouble with berserker's heavy-fake into light combo that he can spam indefinately until he runs out of stamina on console. Especially as he has hyper armour even on his lights during the chain. I just find the lights after a heavy-feint very hard to react to, and the only time in which I block them is through guesswork about if the player is going to fake and, if so, from which direction. Is his combo OP or is it just me that can't react to these heavy-fake lights? I swear they come out faster than the lights from neutral.

I would recommend practicing Turtling against a level 3 Zerker bot to see what all it does. Zerk seems overwhelming at first, but once you figure out how to block reliably against it, the average Zerk will struggle. Practicing reactions is always wise, we're all gonna have to do it soon when the new heroes come out.

You can practice how much you want, but after you join in match the thing are more faster of what you have trained is useless, and anyway on console this combo is too effective and fast, hope the will do soon something.Fell free to leave a comment on a thread i did here on forum about the other hero for console player.

fast light attack are very tricky to react on console, you should before training check your hardware:

    1) Set your television in gamemode
    2) play with a wired gamepad

this two things helped me a lot

Hm, I thought Orochi Light Spam was the most broken on Console? Or every Character with a Light - Light Chain @400ms (which Zerker does not have btw)? Whatever, imo there are basically 2 types of mechanics that enable an offensive play in Duel:

    - fast Lights to start a Chain
    - unblockable from neutral

When it comes to 4v4 there is one more:

    - Running Move with disable (Impale, Stampede, Crushing Charge)

There is, literally, nothing else in the game to be offensive. All other things revolve around correct reads and reactions. So, if you want ALL of the Characters to have an unblockable from neutral - fine. But I doubt that.

Berserker is one of the more difficult classes to both play and play against. A trick I found offs that if he throws a top heavy, chances are they will hard feint that to a side light. Also it's not really spam.

Orochi light for sure are annoying, they create pressure, but he his far from be the most broken class on console,i don't know all the thread out there complain about it, when are things alot worst.
    My personal ranking of op console character: 1)Beserker 2)Warden 3)Peacekeeper 4)Valkyrie 5)Orochi
I like to add at your mechanics list hyper armor, which can really good for counter attack.

Hyperarmor does not open up an opponent nor does it force a reaction. Hyperarmor is the best example of a mechanic that requires a correct read to counter it. Same for Unblockables, be it Attack or Bash. On a correct read they can be countered and punished (except for the Conq SB which is punishable in theory but barely in real fights).

Now if you want to get rid of 400ms Lights (which is the consens of Console Players being the biggest problem) you have to give four of your five examples something new to start a fight. 400ms Attacks are in the game to enable these Characters without an Unblockable from neutral to be aggressive. 400ms Lights can only be blocked with a correct read and input, if you predicted wrong you cannot switch your guard again in time to block it.

What I want to say: Make all 400ms Attacks +100ms -> all Classes without an Unblockable from neutral are now massively UP compared to the others and have to rely on turtling.
