[BUG] Lost Ghost mode rewards | Forums

Hi

Anyone else every lost the ghost mode rewards, I have completed 3 of the progress on the map and had Exoskeleton Boots, Body Armour and Helmet. I logged into the game on Monday morning and was presented with a Archangel popup being available (Not sure why) and went into play Ghost Mode. I'm 57% complete right now and already Tier 1 in campaign.

Then WTF my claimed Ghost Mode rewards are missing. Reported a case to Ubisoft support and they are doing s**t about it so far. This is BS.

Is there anyway to retrieve these, since my map is showing completed for Security/Influence and El Sueno, but the rewards are showing locked.

Any help would be appreciated, since not wanting to start again.

Is my account disabled? I was editing post and now it does not allow me? No point moving to technical, since no one is helping. So I place for general discussion, Maybe then I might get help.

sbarr01, this is a post for techincal forum, we are not able to assist you with this issue in the general forums and I moved your post for this reason.

Alternatively contact the Support Team.

Also please do not post multiple threads on the same issue. I am sorry you were not able to edit your old post, I have merged this with the other thread.

EDIT: The issues you are experiencing are also reported to the team and the team are looking into issues like the exoskeleton locking itself again.
