So here I was playing For Honor and I keep getting emails or getting DC that my account have Suspicious Activity. So what's the use of 2 Step verification and changing password almost everyday if your account is being hacked from time to time?

That doesn't necessarily mean that your account was hacked, it could just mean that there was a login from a unique location. Did you log in from a different location or from different hardware? If so, that's likely why you received the email. You can always reach out to support just to check and be on the safe side though.
