Game freezing every couple mins | Forums

The game is ocasionally freezing every couple mins with gpu usage and cpu usage dipping very low.What could be the problem?Lowering settings doesnt help.My pc is above the recommended specs.Im running game on a 7200rpm HDD and my ram is 8gb single channel.Not sure if one of those could be the problem.
