Hi all, in the past week, I have started being matched to the incorrect region. I am from the UK and haven't had a single match not connected to a Canadian or US server. I have reset the router, portforwarded, re-installed the game multiple times, reset all my PC's network adapters etc. and have not been able to resolve this issue. Even blocking connections to the CA/US datacentres does not work. I have submitted a support ticket with no response.

Has anyone encountered this who can provide some info as to how to resolve this? In current state, at 140 ping with spikes to 300+, game is unplayable due to unreactable attacks.
