All my non-season pass heroes were 500 steel. I had all samurai heroes, all vanguard except conqueror and non of vikings. I logged today and my game crashes, i log again and now m heroes cost 8k again wut?And yea all that i hade now are locked and cost 7,5k and all the samurai are locked too. . .Like what the * * * *

My question is Devs fix this or nope or am i stuck with this . .. ?:

I purchased an execution on one of the heros that I "purchased" for 500. Now I'm out 7000 metal and can't even use that execution I payed for because that hero is sitting behind a 7500 pay wall. Oh I got played good. Went to support, and got told off.

I'm sorry for any confusion. There was not a sale during the Open Test. Instead there was an abnormality that cause the Starter Edition on the live game to temporarily appear as the Standard Edition. The only difference between the two is the recruiting cost of the following heroes: Conqueror, Peacekeeper, Lawbringer, Shugoki, Orochi, Nobushi, Viking: Warlord, Berserker, and Valkyrie.

Therefore during that window those 9 heroes were able to be recruited for 500 rather than 8000. After the Open Test ended the Starter Edition stopped appearing as the Standard Edition, and those recruited heroes became locked again. The 500 steel used to purchase any of those heroes was taken off of the recruiting cost, so they should now cost 7500.

Our team is looking into this matter, but at this time I do not have any further information to provide. I will keep an eye on this and try to link to any potential updates in the largest thread on these forums.

Instead of giving the steel back, used to buy a heroe and some people who bought cosmetics, executions...etc, You just removed the 500 steel from the total price we used to buy them? Why not give the steel back so we can just unlock heroes one by one instead!?

The game naturally reverted back and removed the 500 steel from the usual Starter price of 8000 steel. Any change from that behavior will require some direct action by our team. I've reported that this is an issue, so such changes are being considered.
