    A suggestion about shop

I've opened all battle crates , and you know armbands cant be got in crates so I want to buy them in shop. But if I want to buy these armbands I find I must purchase the whole pack(like the picture below). It means I will spend 2100 points for an armband...

I think that's too expensive and not reasonable...I suggest you can learn from R6S,if I've had something then the price of the pack will decrease..hope you can take this suggestion , or like prestige crate I can get some points back.

    (My game language is chn)

I'd ask to please refrain from bumping the thread, people will read and comment should they wish to contribute, but bumping to get responses is against the rues.

Also there's a specific process in place for feedback/suggestions.

Well since it's not against the RULES but only the rues bump away

To be fair the shop is infuriating...

There’s often a item I want but its usually bundled with a load of crap I don’t want...

    I agree.

....The shop system needs a major overhaul, perhaps reducing items to $1 or $2 at most, but selling items individually.
....Also, there needs to be a larger inventory to pick and choose from.
....Do away with the silly t-shirts, patches, tattoos, or just give those away free. Nobody cares about those; it’s nice to get free but not worth paying for.
...Introduce a lot more military and Ghost Recon and Tom Clancy items in the store.

Edit: also add replay value for the campaign /PvE modes such as Geurilla and New Game Plus and Mission Generator Mode. (Otherwise there’s no point in buying anything from the store unless you play Ghost War).

LOL, amen. And that's putting it mildly. I simply cannot understand the minds of the people in charge of managing this game. To me most of their actions so far have been beyond reckoning. It's as is if they actually don't like their community.

Ubi could've made so much more from Wildlands if they simply listened to their community. Instead we get corn pipes, googlie eyes and eye patches thrown into overpriced bundles with the few items they offer that are actually nice. Does it take less time & human resources to create those items rather than more realistic tactical gear? Was there a demand out there for corn pipes in a supposed tactical shooter?

Why don't they allow us to pick and choose what items we like from the store? Is that really such a far fetched concept? Wouldn't that offer the devs better insight into what their community really wants since they don't seem to believe us here on the forum? They could quickly and clearly see what it is we're most interested in by seeing what items are selling. I know, amazing right? I must be a genius at this.

If they're so hell bent on selling items in packs, then at the very least they should offer us a 5-pack bundle and let us decide on the 5 items.

Ubi, since you don't seem to understand how to most effectively use these microtransaction models let me assure you that you stand to make a lot more revenue out of it this way rather than the way you're doing it now... Especially if you started offering us the type of gear we've been asking for. Pricing your items reasonably, letting your customers choose only what they wish to buy, listening to customer feedback and offering store items as a result of that feedback works. It might sound crazy to you, but it definitely works.
