Hello, last week it was a promotion or smth like that, so i recruited conq, peacekeeper,lawbringer,warlord,berserker,orochi,sh ugoki and nobushi, i played few games with some, and today they are gone, the game says " f1 to recruit" , how is this possible ? i am f2p, and i spent all my coins/steel on those purcheses, i want them back or my coins back Ubisoft.
if you don't believe me, the orochi and PK have gear, gear witch cannot be equiped if they are not recruited!

I purchased an execution on one of the heros that I "purchased" for 500. Now I'm out 7000 metal and can't even use that execution I payed for because that hero is sitting behind a 7500 pay wall. Oh I got played REAL good.

I'm sorry for any confusion. There was not a sale during the Open Test. Instead there was an abnormality that cause the Starter Edition on the live game to temporarily appear as the Standard Edition. The only difference between the two is the recruiting cost of the following heroes: Conqueror, Peacekeeper, Lawbringer, Shugoki, Orochi, Nobushi, Viking: Warlord, Berserker, and Valkyrie.

Therefore during that window those 9 heroes were able to be recruited for 500 rather than 8000. After the Open Test ended the Starter Edition stopped appearing as the Standard Edition, and those recruited heroes became locked again. The 500 steel used to purchase any of those heroes was taken off of the recruiting cost, so they should now cost 7500.

Our team is looking into this matter, but at this time I do not have any further information to provide. I will keep an eye on this and try to link to any potential updates in the largest thread on these forums.

Hi there,

Although we appreciate your prompt answer, I must say that a cut on the recruit price was not what we spent our steel for. It was spent on the condition of recruiting these heroes.
I, for example, spent a total of 5000 steel as I believed I was recruiting all heroes available at 500 steel each. It does not feel right when it is now told that we actually payed for a reduction on the final price.

In my opinion, a refund should be the correct response to this matter.

I Hope to see this situation resolved in the best manner.
