    Booster shot healing Allies?

Hi there, my question is simple! Can you heal an ally with a booster shot? Even if you have a high ally heal number.

Yes you can, the heal will not be much but he will also get the boost of extra damage and damage resistance, but like I said, it is not much heal you give to him

But when he is down, will he rise again?

No - booster shot will not revive downed agents - only the defibrillator modification for first aid can revive.

Booster shot is a bit under-rated IMO - the damage boost is small but not inconsequential but the damage resistance bonus can help quite a bit with active healing from a support station as it reduces the amount of incoming damage - though you need a fairly high skill power build to keep the bonus running constantly.
