When the heroes were on sale (for 500 steel) I bought a lot of heroes, but now that the sale ended, my heroes disapeared, and I didnt get my steel back... plz help

i got freaking scammed by For Honor, all heroes goes in sale for 500 steel except for the season pass ones which i have 2, Aramusha and Shinobi.

at the time i have 6k steel so i did buy every character even the ones i don't like and i thought for honor was such an amazing game for letting us do this and having frequent sales on executions and now heroes.

but lo and behold they took away every single character i bought for 500 steel, not only that, my steel did not come back.

but i don't want my steel back, i want my heroes. this is such ********, i thought the day where you upset your customers has ended For Honor, i guessed wrong.

When the sale was going on I sunk in about 4000 steel and bought all the characters that were available spent day and night getting them to level 20 then the following day got back on to see 6 of them were no longer able to be played and non of my steel was given back for those hero's

I just want the hero's back what's the point in making them cheap if your going to take them back and not refund

So yeah like most everyone else here I just found that all of the heroes that I bought during the 500 steel sale have been taken back from me, I no longer have gear equipped on them, and probably most annoyingly that I lost the Shugoki execution that I paid full price for after purchasing him for the 500 steel sale. (I paid the full 7000 steel for that execution )

Welp, hopefully I get the heroes and execution back, but if not and they accidentally made the heroes 500 steel and not 7500 (Which they are right now in-game),
Then I hope I will at least get fully refunded for the heroes I purchased and the 7000 steel execution that I purchased with it.

Yes, yesterday all the normal heroes were at 500 steel each, so i bought the heroes i didnt own already for 3000 steel. Now, i dont have them, and didnt receive back the steel.UBI PLS FIX

This isn't right, I've wasted much steel on heros which I now can't use the same way. If they were going to be taken back, it should have said before buying.
There are only two ways to make this right:

1. Give the bought heros back
2. or refund all steel bought for them and more for compensation

We all know that the better version would be to just give the hero's back.

This just shouldn't be happening with a game like this.

I had absolutely no knowledge whatsoever about this free weekend thing and received no notifications what so ever about the terms and conditions that come with it. Like everyone else here I was briefly and falsely in love with this company for being such bros and purchased all the heros I could on the my grinded metal. Worse yet I also purchased an execution that was on a hero I discovered a hidden love for that is outside my faction. ( shout out to all my Lawbringer bros, you the best) I spent over 7500 metal purchasing the heros, an execution, and equipment upgrades on them. Now not only are those upgrades removed, i can't play them in any capacity outside training. 7500+ metal later and I have absolutely NOTHING to show for it. Nothing. When a transaction takes place there is supposed to be a trade of goods. Giving and receiving. I have been cheated out of 7-8 dollars cash in metal currency. I paid metal currency which is backed and represented by real Dollar currency and received no product. That's theft.
