Starter edition account unlocked all hero, just to have then relock and without Steel | Forums

I had received a starter edition from the steam promotion, playing a Warden till I hit rep 3, decided to save up for warlord. Loading up one day my account had been upgraded from starters to full edition and all the heros were 500 steel opposed to the 7500 steel. I then having about 7k steel, I then spent 4.5k unlocking all the heros. When I first logged on I believed it was an error and logged off, but came back on with the same unlocked heros. So I all I need is a refund for the 4.5k steel and to warn all about this bug.

They was not 7500 steel. Heroes in starter cost 8000 steel.
7500 is the Ubi way to compensate to you those 500 steel that you spent while the bug was going...
Not saying they are right about it. Just making it clearer that those 500 steel per hero are not totaly gone, they lowered hero prices.

so that means is just a bug it happened to me too bro i want a refund!!! its no that easy to earn that 4,500 steel

Its not a bug . They stated that because of technical reasons of lunching open test on marching fire they had to upgrade all those starter editions to full version and that they would go back to starter edition once the open test is finished .

Is still a bug. Because you can't or don't want to fix it doesn't make it less bug lol
