i lost almost all my characters … i logged in after 3 hours and lost most of my heroes…. what kind of bug is this?

You have the Starter Edition of For Honor. When you played the Marching Fire Open Test there was a configuration abnormality that caused your Starter Edition to temporarily appear as the Standard Edition on the live game. When the Open Test ended your game returned to appearing as the Starter Edition.

Please note that if you purchased any content during that time other than Heroes you will still have access now. For those heroes that cost 8000 in the Starter Edition if you purchased them during that window they will now cost 7500.
